These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://plunexa.com, operated by GTSSolution Co., Ltd ("Plunexa", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Plunexa is a digital marketplace where we sell plugins, scripts, and AI tools (each an "Item"). At this stage, Items on Plunexa are created and supported by Plunexa. We may in the future allow third-party authors to sell Items, in which case additional author terms will apply.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person or legal entity per account; accounts may not be sold or transferred
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Licenses to Items

When you purchase an Item you are buying a license to use it, not ownership of the Item itself. Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

• Regular License — use the Item in a single end product for yourself or one client. The end product may not be sold to multiple customers.
• Extended License — use the Item in a single end product that may be sold to multiple customers (e.g., a SaaS you charge users for).

Under all licenses you may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or share the Item's source files "as is"
• Include the Item in any product offered as a template, generator, or marketplace item competing with the original
• Remove copyright notices or claim authorship of the Item

4. Payments and Pricing

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases. Taxes may be added where required by law. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Support and Updates

Each Item includes the support period and update policy stated on its product page. Support covers bugs and questions about Item features; it does not cover customization, installation on your server (unless purchased separately), or third-party software issues.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to distribute malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or copy Site content at scale without written permission
• Abuse the refund process or initiate fraudulent chargebacks

7. Intellectual Property

All Items, Site content, the Plunexa name, and logo are the property of [Legal Company Name] or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Items are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plunexa's total liability arising out of any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses granted, IP, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, they will be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
