Ownership of Items

Purchasing an Item grants you a license as described in our Terms of Use — it does not transfer copyright. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or "nulled" distribution of our Items is a violation of copyright law, and we actively pursue takedowns and legal remedies against piracy.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe that content on plunexa.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a notice to copyright@plunexa.com including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. The exact URL(s) on plunexa.com of the allegedly infringing material
3. Your full name, address, email, and telephone number
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and notify the affected party.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent identifying information and a statement of good-faith belief that the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be terminated.
